I really haven't been posting much of late. Big news there I guess. Just been too... I don't want to say busy, so let's go with occupied. As it is right now, I should be in bed, so I suppose this will just be a quickie.

The new Pokemon comes out in less than a week. Pre-ordered Gold on saturday. I didn't want to but James didn't hear me the million and one times I told him I was going to get Silver, or my reasons as to why (which at this point are completely irrelevant) and apparently ordered it for himself and proceeded to tell me I had to get gold. I told him no, reiterated why once again and when he started insisting on changing his over I told him that was unacceptable because it was obviously what he wanted, and left it at that. Over the next couple days of thinking and talking with Layton about it who thought I should get silver too, I decided to relent in this war with myself. I'm very begrudging of this and will probably end up picking silver up later. Gold, and the idea of it, is so abused that it makes me ill. Anyway, I think I'm planning to make a day of it Sunday because James told me Layton misses my baked potatoes? That was news to me since Layton never tells me these things himself. So it's pick up the games, go back to Layton's and make food and play with James. Steaks and potatoes. I'll have to borrow my dads cast iron pan. Layton doesn't know about this yet I don't think. It was just something I was talking about with James earlier.

Yesterday I was having a pretty down day so Layton insisted on bringing me down and having me dye my hair. The hair dying was something I had been talking about earlier. It's now very red, but not unnaturally so. I wanted to make rice krispy treats too, but I won't have the money for that until Wednesday. Maybe I'll pick up the stuff for them when I get the potatoes and I can do that then too.

Another Seattle visit tomorrow. I haven't filled out the paperwork yet. Urk. But maybe I can get a bento box for lunch. That would be neat.

Goddammit! You're probably in Seattle today, and I had no warning so no chance to possibly meet up for a bit!

::sigh:: Not like I even have cash to spare for a cup of coffee at the moment.... Er, make that herbal tea. Not supposed to be drinking coffee with the strong possibility of having a bleeding ulcer. Damn I hate that!

Aww, I'm sorry. Next time I'm up in Seattle for an extended period I'll be sure to let you know ahead of time so we could meet up and have that coffee (or tea). It would be fun. And hopefully your ulcer will heal up soon. I can't imagine that has to be too fun. :(

Hey, maybe I just missed it, but what are you being evaluated for with the IEP stuff? Is Leon your service dog for this, or are you training him?

Tell me if this is something you have purposely not written about.

No, you didn't miss it, and yes it is something I have intentionally only mentioned in passing. :) Thing is, I'm not entirely sure what I'm being evaluated for exactly. I've gotten mixed messages in regards to it. I think part of it might have been so I could see where I would fit in the job market and the other part was for, well... the other stuff.

And Leon is only my service dog when I have to go out shopping and to stores so James was watching him for me while that was going on.

Anything else you need to know, feel free to ask.
